Our Chef, Chris Burnett can help you do that by producing a cake designed with skill and quality to suit your taste and budget.
As the Senior Pastry Chef of Headlam Hall Hotel, Gainford, nr Darlington, Chris was responsible for producing homemade desserts and patisseries for literally hundreds of weddings and special occasions over the years. Chris has also had experience of being a part time lecturer in NVQ level 3 Pastry at Derwentside College.
Meticulous attention to detail is given to each cake produced which reflects the skill of a chef who takes pride in his work and who's sole aim is to produce a cake to make your special day perfect
You will benefit from a free initial consultation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and be offered advice and guidance from Chris to assist you in making your final choice.
You will view our vast range of products and be offered tastings ranging from a deliciously moist chocolate orange sponge to a funky a banana cake or a traditionally sumptuous fruit cake.
